“He restores my soul”
How true this is!
You see, just like the python gets to shed its skin several times, our souls are revived and refreshed from time to time. It’s like having a reboot button. The Lord wipes off the accumulated stress and frustration and gives a fresh start.
He frees us of the garbage we carry around. He wipes clean our lenses and finetunes our antennae. Its like God’s got these motel stops along the way with blazing neon signs: “Stop n Rest” “Rest n Refresh”
He indeed restores our souls. He gives us new strength when we are fainting. He won’t let the stress we face kill us.
I pray that the Lord will refresh your soul today. That his peace will flood your heart and His joy will radiate from your soul. I pray that the gift of laughter and mirth will be abundantly yours. Today and always.
