Its a new year, and as is customary, everyone’s got expectations, goals and dreams.
I just feel like what matters most is to walk in step with the Father. Hand in hand. Head over his heart and ears attuned to his voice.
Reminds me of when He says – “you will hear a voice behind you saying this is the way, walk in it“.
Wait for that voice. Look for that voice. For in it will be your direction for the year. 2021 is a year where it’s important to stay sure-footed like the deer. It’s a year to stay in step with the Father and be ready to change course at His earliest command.
I hear Him say – “shut out the noise”. “If your right arm causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away“. It will be that kind of year. Stay disciplined and focused like the eagle. My eyes will be fixed on every movement, every word, every nudge from His throne. Like a skilled dancer, I will watch Him closely, and follow His steps – lest I miss him. God forbid.
Day by day. One step at a time. In the arms of the Father. Led by Him. In real time. This shall be my 2021.
