Day 15

Proverbs 22:11

He who loves purity of heart and has grace on his lips, the King will be his friend.

Gracious means marked by courtesy, kindness, charm, pleasant, merciful, benignant, beauty.

There’s so much more to your mouth!!! Your mouth can bring you kings (and the King of kings) as your friends. If your words are are gracious as defined above. If you love purity of heart, if you’ll preserve your heart and mind from every defilement, jealousy, anger, maliciousness, laziness, then you will be exalted. Men will seek you out, and you will have the kings for friends. That’s influence and authority!

Every day, I meet people who say they want to make a difference in the world, they want to be known for something. This right here is a good place to start.

Lord, give me purity of heart, make me pure in heart. Put grace on my lips, that i may walk with the King and kings.

Amen
