Colossians 1:28-29
I like the way Aposstle Paul could so easily articulate his mission/goal: to present every person mature, full grown, fully initiated, complete and perfect in Christ.(AMP)
Its pretty hard to do, sum up your life in one simple sentence, but isn’t that the key to effective and result oriented living?
He knew where to channel the resources God gave Him, into this his life goal. He identified the resources from God as super human energy, and says he backed it up with hardwork (striving unto weariness).
Make no mistake about it, we’ve all been given access to these same reservoir of resources( super human energy/ability). Remember, He’s given us all that pertains to life and godliness! Given us already! Not about to give us! And God tells no lies!
Once we identify where to channel it, we just have to place a demand on this our reservoir and back it up with lots of hard work. Have you identified your own channel? Do you have a life goal? Is it as simple and easily articulated as Paul’s? Are you running with it?
Imagine the impact we’d have on earth, if we all ran with our God inspired goals, using the superhuman energy He gives us, backed up with lots and lots of hard work.
